Terms of Service
Short version: we prepare and file takedown cases through official channels, we refuse anything unlawful, we don't promise outcomes we don't control, and you always see the price in writing first. The longer version follows.
1. The service
Retract ("we") provides casework: assessing reported material, preparing evidence, submitting reports and legal notices through platforms' official reporting and legal channels, and managing follow-up and appeals. We act on your instructions and with your approval at the filing stage.
2. What we refuse
- Mass reporting, bot reporting or any coordinated false-report scheme.
- Guaranteeing that any platform will remove content or ban an account.
- Accessing, attempting to access or "recovering" any account without authorisation.
- Filing against material that does not plausibly violate a platform rule or law.
- Fabricating, altering or backdating evidence.
Requests for any of the above are declined, and repeated requests end the engagement.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Removal, de-indexing and enforcement decisions are made solely by the platforms concerned. We are paid for professional preparation, correct routing and diligent follow-up — not for a decision that isn't ours to make. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result, and nothing on it is legal advice.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and evidence you provide is truthful and yours to share, and that you hold the rights you claim where a filing depends on them (for example, copyright ownership). Filings built on false statements can carry legal consequences for the person who makes them — this is why we verify before we file.
5. Payment
Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins. The quoted price does not change after acceptance unless you add new items, in which case the addition is quoted separately. The first assessment is free. Fees pay for casework performed and are not contingent on the platform's decision.
6. Confidentiality
Case material is used only to run your case, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't name clients, publish case details, or reuse your material.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the matter concerned. We are not liable for decisions, delays or errors of the platforms we file with.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
